 She will always be remembered as a wonderful & caring Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, and Friend.

She joins her late husband Anibal Fevereiro Sr. and is survived by her son, Anibal Fevereiro Jr., & wife Kathy, daughter Darlene Nelson,&  husband Jack, Grandchild, Terine Rish, Great Granchildren, Bryan & Garrett Rish, brother, Joe Novo & wife Ilda, brother Alvin Novo (deceased) & wife Paula, brother Albert Novo & wife Mary and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pearl P. Howard
April 20, 1921 – November 23, 2013

Pearl P. Howard, 92, a member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation tribe of Oklahoma, who walked on in the path of righteousness, entered into rest on November 23, 2013, in Manteca, CA.  She was born in Norman, OK on April 20, 1921.  In 1941 she relocated to Galt, CA where she met and then married the love of her life.  She lived in Galt, Lodi, Ripon, 7 years in Walnut Grove, and 32 years on Ryer Island.  She moved to Manteca in 1987.  Pearl was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Don A Howard; her parents, Willie and Thelma Wisdom; and brothers, Eugene (Mildred) Wisdom and Orvil Wisdom.  She is survived by her daughters, Juanita M Howard of Fair Oaks, CA and Wanda Lee Howard, of Manteca, CA; also survived by her Grandson, Justin M. Howard (Krystal); two Great -Grandsons, Brandon and Seth Howard of Roseville, CA;  and also like daughters, Maureen Hennessy of Fair Oaks, CA and Carol Shreder, Waterbury, CT.

Pearl was a devoted Mother and Grandmother. She loved people and always had an open door to anyone in need.  During her years in the Delta, she was actively involved in the Ryer Home Department, Women’s Auxiliary, and she loved playing bridge and hosted many bridge parties.  She was also very active in the Solano County 4 – H Club and was a community leader for the 4-H club at Ryer Island, teaching cooking and sewing.  Pearl loved doing arts and crafts, sewing, knitting, crocheting, embroidery and gardening.  She loved flowers, especially Roses. Her visitation will be 2 Dec, 2013, from 9 AM to 11 AM at the Lodi Funeral Home, 725 South Fairmont Ave, Lodi, CA with services following at 11 AM at the funeral home.  Committal will be private.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name, to the Alzheimer’s Association or the SPCA.  Lodi Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
